I acknowledge this Contract to be for the entire academic year, for that portion of the academic year remaining at the time of assignment, and/or for summer session(s) if selected unless my Student withdraws from the University or participates in a University-sponsored study abroad or co-op program.

Failure to utilize a Meal Plan or failure to make payment does not cancel my financial obligation to Dining under this Contract. I understand that the only changes permitted to my Student's selected Meal Plan are outlined in the “change policy” section of this Contract. I understand if my Student does not select a Meal Plan by July 25, 2016, he/she will be assigned the All Access Plan. This Contract should be read carefully and signed by the Student (and parent or legal guardian if Student is under age 18).

Contract: You are about to confirm your Housing and Dining Contract with the University of Kentucky for the Academic Year 2016-2017 and/or selected term(s). This is a legal and binding Contract that cannot be cancelled unless your Student is no longer enrolled at the University of Kentucky.
